Ceramic Coated Baking Sheet Set (2 Piece)

Roasting a tray of vegetables on a warped dark sheet gives you one burnt edge and one raw one. This two piece set brings a large sheet with an 18 by 13 inch baking surface and a medium 15 by 10 inch sheet, both finished in a smooth light grey ceramic coating over a slate blue exterior. Rolled rims and riveted side handles on the large sheet give you something to hold through a towel. Both are oven safe up to 550F, so a high heat roast or a sheet pan pizza is in range.

• Two Sizes In One Box: An 18 by 13 inch sheet and a 15 by 10 inch sheet arrive together.
• Oven Safe To 550F: High heat roasting and a broiler finish are both within range.
• Smooth Ceramic Surface: A light grey coating lets roasted vegetables lift off cleanly.
• Handles On The Large: Riveted side handles give you a grip when the pan is loaded.
• Fits A Standard Oven: The large sheet runs 20 inches across including its handles.

Note: Hand wash with a soft sponge and skip abrasive pads and steel wool, since scouring wears a ceramic coating down. Let the pan cool before it meets water, and lift a hot sheet with a dry mitt or folded towel.
